Harvested from our Sweet White Miso, this Tamari has complex flavors and a sweet finish. Shiro tamari is lighter in color than our other aged miso tamaris, and has developed its flavor nuances in to a balanced, sweet /savory /salty liquid seasoning. The true essence of sweet umami.
