Soyzuki Miso is a blend of soybean and adzuki beans, mixed with our California grown koji and aged for 1 year. The result is one of our favorite miso blends that we make! Creating a sweet and delicate flavor that's reminiscent of chocolate and bold coffee with a distinct umami forward taste. Dark and fruity aromas compliment its flavor and make this miso a perfect choice for many applications. Try it in soups, dips, braises, glazes and especially baked goods like cookies and brownies!
