Our LIMITED BATCH Uni Garum is a sea urchin based liquid seasoning that is full of oceanic and complex flavors, rich in umami, and has a sweet and salty character that emphasizes the quality of San Diego harvested uni.

Made by combining hand harvested sea urchin, rice koji, and sea salt, then hot-fermented for 4 weeks until a deep complex flavor is achieved.   

Try in creamy pastas, sushi, or even brush on wagyu beef for an ultra delicious surf & turf
